The William M. Hotchkiss Company offers project management and expertise in development, drawing from vast experience in a number of successfully executed real estate developments and renovations. Each detail from initial market surveys and product design, through purchasing, receiving, construction supervision and installation will be professionally managed by our Construction Management team.
 

We deliver projects on time, within budget and, most importantly, according to client specification. This is facilitated through timely and accurate cost estimations, budgeting and reporting. All development and renovation work is completed in accordance with client and plan requirements, while adhering to federal and local codes. No project is initiated or completed without the proper procurement or permits, insurances and lien waivers.

The Wm. M. Hotchkiss Company works closely with our clients in determining appropriation of revenues to be set aside for capital expenditures. All parties involved share the same goal of maximizing revenues and return on investment, and subsequently our goal is always to make the best use of capital monies. Capital reserve requirements vary greatly depending on the property but are always set at a mutually agreed upon level conducive to the optimum achievement of revenue goals. Other variables, such as life safety and ever changing market requirements are always taken into consideration.

We are able to offer expertise in a wide range of construction areas. Most notably, our Construction Management team members have completed planning, design and overall project supervision in excess of $30 million for office buildings, all forms of residential real estate, hotels, banks and hospitals.
