From our offices in New Haven and Westport, Connecticut, we manage apartment and condominium properties, located throughout Connecticut. We are sensitive to the needs and wants of project owners, condominium boards and unit owners. This sensitivity, combined with practical property management experience, has allowed us to successfully work with all types of people and property concerns.

Our company is headed by professional property managers who are committed to meeting the objectives of building owners and condominium boards. At the Wm. M. Hotchkiss Company, we believe it is important for our property management staff to become equally familiar, not only with the property, but also with Owner and Board goals and objectives. Communication at all levels is the key. For any major projects at the site, we are able to have specifications prepared, which, after approval by the client, we will distribute to an appropriate list of qualified vendors. We will coordinate any on-site bidders meetings and will review the bids received so that they can be presented to the client for review.

The Wm. M. Hotchkiss Company will respond to building emergencies on a 24-hour basis. Normal business hours for our office are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. During other than normal business hours, we employ a professional answering service to relay emergency calls to us. We believe that managing property is a full time responsibility and our emergency response system is designed to handle the emergency whenever it occurs.
